PlumPaw™ Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with PlumPaw. This Shipping Policy outlines how, when, and where we ship our products. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on all orders over $40.
  • Orders under $40 are subject to a flat shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • All shipping rates are displayed in your local currency at checkout before payment.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods (sales, holidays, viral demand).

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
  • Express Shipping (where available): 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary based on your location, carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us at hello@plumpaw.com with your order number.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, we may not currently service that region.

All-Inclusive Pricing

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There are no additional taxes, duties, or hidden fees added to your order. Your total at checkout includes everything required to deliver your order to your door.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • If you provide an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we are not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or additional fees.
  • Address changes can only be requested within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing hello@plumpaw.com. After this window, your order enters fulfillment and cannot be modified.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the responsibility transfers to you.

  • Lost in transit: If your tracking shows your package has not moved for 10+ business days, contact us at hello@plumpaw.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
  • Marked delivered but not received: Please check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office first. If still not located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
  • Stolen packages: PlumPaw is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure address or requiring signature on delivery.
  • Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@plumpaw.com with photos of the package and product. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us due to:

  • Customer not being available to receive the package
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Failure to pick up from a holding location

You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. If you do not wish to have the order reshipped, a refund may be issued for the product cost only — original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping partners depending on your destination, including but not limited to: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, and various local carriers for international deliveries. The carrier used for your order is determined at the time of fulfillment.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase by emailing hello@plumpaw.com. After this window, your order enters processing and cannot be cancelled. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from PlumPaw are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
